Over 55 years of
imagination,
innovation & legacy.
Founded by Sid and Phyllis Diamond, Imaginings 3 grew from one light-up yoyo into decades of toys, candy, licenses, and products kids could find, hold, wear, collect, or eat.

It started with
a light-up yoyo.
In 1969, Sid and Phyllis Diamond founded the company that would become Imaginings 3. The first spark was simple: light-up yoyos sold on the streets of Chicago, one kid at a time.
The instinct never changed: make things that are fun. What we made just kept evolving — sticker books became toys, toys became backpacks, and backpacks, eventually, became candy. Through every chapter, Imaginings has turned the world’s favorite licenses, and ideas all its own, into products kids reach for.
From yoyos to
licensed toys.
Long before Flix Candy was making Sonic Pop Ups! Lollipop®, Diamond Toymakers was building products around the defining IPs of the 70s and 80s. Today, eBay still turns up the trail: Commando action figures, Pac-Man handheld games, wrestling figures, backpacks, and other vintage character toys.

The lollipop made
for real life.
Every parent has watched it happen: the backseat, the playground, the kitchen floor, the sticky mess, the treat that goes straight in the trash. Pop Ups® was created for that moment. Slide it open, enjoy the lollipop, let go, and the holder snaps shut to help keep the candy protected between licks.

Our mission is the
same one we
started with.
Imaginings 3 is a privately held, woman-owned business, driven by a team obsessed with creativity, collaboration, and community. The company has grown across decades, but the assignment hasn't changed: imagine the next big thing.
And we're just getting started.
